Meditation is a simple and time-tested practice which allows us to notice and unwind habitual patterns of thinking and open ourselves to fresh perspectives. Over time, practicing meditation brings greater clarity, ease and stability in our day-to-day lives, too; expanding our capacity for entering life with courage and verve.
