Cynthia Lovin Mindfulness

Leading contemplative practices and offering guidance to activate the sacred potential we all hold for wholeness, evolution and interconnectedness.

About me

I was a covert corporate mystic through the last dozen of my 30 years in startup to Fortune 500 technology companies. In 2013, I walked away from the relentless, “always on” demands of an executive role and launched into the unknown. Aligned with my soul’s intent, I now offer spiritual direction / companionship and teach meditation.

My gift is collaborating with others to invite transformation. I aspire to approach life with kindness and curiosity, and I am dedicated to living into the immense potential we all hold for evolution and wholeness. Drawing inspiration from many spiritual traditions, I have co-facilitated breath- and body-centered small groups since 2006. My personal meditation practice spans more than three decades. I began leading and teaching mindfulness meditation in 2009. I have been offering spiritual direction since 2015.

I entered dharma practice in 2007, taking refuge within the Zen Buddhist path in 2011. I took lay ordination vows in the Order of the Morningstar (Rinzai Zen) in May, 2015. I love the natural world, joy in the body as expressed through movement, and accompanying people through life’s big transitions and challenges.

I am currently holding appointments via Zoom, FaceTime and telephone. Weather permitting, I’m also available to meet outdoors in North Austin, Pflugerville, or Round Rock, Texas. Hours are flexible.
